The Horizon ET

The Horizon ET glider is based on the ever-popular Vision style Hang Glider.  For years, the Vision MK4 and Pulse (designed by Jean Michel Bernasconi of Pacific Air Wave) have been the staple in the industry for the new pilot's glider... Now we have one better! And Jean Michel Bernasconi agrees.

With the Horizon ET, we have brought the easy-to-fly concept back in this double surface novice wing.  We believe that by using today's sail design knowledge and the use of elliptical fiberglass tips, we have succeeded in a design that soars and thermals even easier, and with the pull of the VG you can have exciting top-end performance.  The Horizon ET will talk to you and give precise feedback throughout the flight envelope, and will help you advance your flying experience and skills on a timely basis.

The Horizon ET has an unmatched slow-flight handling quality that gives the Horizon exceptional soaring ability and "top of the stack" sink rate!  You will find the Horizon to have excellent static balance for launching, and landing qualities that are predictable and forgiving.  The towing ability of the Horizon is also an asset because of its directional stability.

We believe the new design scope of this glider will appeal to every new pilot as their first wing, or just a fun recreational hang glider for the seasoned pilot.

We realize most of you don't get paid to fly, and great gliders don't come free!
So, we feel your new wing needs to take you far into the sport as your skills increase.

From the design concept of the Vision type wing comes... the North Wing Horizon ET.  The Horizon ET will take you from Novice to Intermediate / Advanced.

The Horizon ET is the best and most highly-refined novice wing you can fly.
